BC Design Haus was founded by Bernadette Capulong in 2009 during the height of the recession with nothing but a dream and plenty of creative grit. Despite the economic downturn, Bernadette was determined to make her fledgling design agency a success. In those early days, almost all of BC Design Haus’ operations were done out of Bernadette’s kitchen, although these humble beginnings would only last for so long. Bernadette hustled and in less than two years, managed to compile a client base of 20 accounts. And yet, Bernadette put a pause on her dream of BC Design Haus, to pursue other work in the corporate world.

While her entrepreneurial dream was put on hold, Bernadette followed her other calling, to be a mother and a single one at that. In 2015, Bernadette adopted her son and found that motherhood only increased her drive to become a more fearless and determined leader. She eventually used this drive to leave her corporate job and re-open the doors of BC Design Haus.

Today, BC Design Haus acts as a creative visionary for both small and billion-dollar global companies and has proven its ROI to a myriad of companies across corporate America. While specializing in package design and branding, the creative expertise of the BC Design Haus team knows no bounds as they provide services that cover web design, branding, digital marketing, social media management, advertising, and video production.

Bernadette is a recent graduate of Goldman Sachs 10KSB Small Business program and continues to generate double-digit growth year-over-year. Its mission is to find solutions that disrupt status quo to solve unmet needs, while delivering on a meaningful brand experience.
